"Dorozhnik" LLC was found in 1998 by Ararat Hovhannisyan (State register: Registration No 444.110.20024, registered in 14.06.2002 Certification 02A No 000276), who is the company’s only shareholder. The company is one of the biggest construction companies in the Republic of Armenia. The company’s activities stretch to RA and NKR borders. The company acts based on RA and NKR established legislation and the licenses of acting in different fields of constructing activity.

 "Dorozhnik" LLC activity field are as follows:

• Water Main Transmission Pipelines and Internal Network Construction 
• Water System
• Hydraulic Facilities/ Structures
• Sewer System
• Construction of Buildings, Highways, Roads and Bridges
• High, Medium and Low Pressure Gas Main Transmission Pipelines and Internal Networks
• Gas – cleaning Nodes Construction and Units Installation 
• Heating Systems and Networks
• Outdoor Lighting

Parallel to construction works, the company produces construction materials and products. Production plants of "Dorozhnik" LLC are situated in NKR, Yerevan, as well as in Shirak region.

"Dorozhnik" LLC is equipped with modern construction techniques (about 335 machineries, mechanisms and equipment of different types, capacities and technical capabilities).

The company’s employees are highly qualified and experienced professionals in different fields of construction.

Currently, the company has about 1000 employees.
